Effective 27 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Pitwall ("we", "us") for using pitwall.gg and everything on it. By signing in or ordering a server you agree to them. If you use Pitwall for a team, league or club, you also agree on its behalf.
They work together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
What Pitwall is
Pitwall hosts dedicated servers for Assetto Corsa EVO ("AC EVO") and provides live timing, results, telemetry and community pages for them.
Servers are sold as monthly packages by the number of driver slots. What each package includes is shown on the pricing page when you order.
Your account
You sign in with Discord. You must be at least 13 years old and meet Discord's own age rules. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and handle any payment.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite to your organisation do there. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.
Plans and payment
Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly in advance. Our reseller, Polar (polar.sh), is the Merchant of Record: Polar sells you the subscription, takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT and issues your receipts and invoices. Polar's own terms apply to the purchase.
Plan changes, cancelling, failed payments and refunds work as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your servers and content
You choose your server settings and what goes on your community pages: names, descriptions, images, events and rules. You keep ownership of what you add.
You give us permission to store, copy, process and display that content as needed to run Pitwall, including showing it publicly where your settings make it public. You confirm you have the right to use it, for example a league logo or name.
Race data
Results, laps, sector times and telemetry recorded on your servers are stored with your community and shown according to its settings. They are kept when a server is removed or a subscription ends, so league history and records stay intact. To have them deleted, write to [email protected].
Telemetry can be turned off for each server in its settings. The Privacy Policy explains what is recorded about drivers.
Rules
Use Pitwall in line with the Acceptable Use Policy and the law. You also need to follow AC EVO's own terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep servers running and data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Servers may need to restart for maintenance or game updates.
AC EVO is in active development by its publisher. Game updates can change or break features, and we may need to update servers to a newer game build. We may also change Pitwall's features. If a change takes away a significant part of what you paid for, we will tell you and you can cancel.
Suspending or ending the service
You can cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
We may suspend or end your servers, community pages or account if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if payment fails, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
If we stop providing the service to you for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.
Other services and trademarks
Discord, Steam and Polar are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their services.
Assetto Corsa EVO and AC EVO are trademarks of Kunos Simulazioni. Pitwall is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kunos Simulazioni or the game's publisher. Drivers need their own copy of the game to race.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Pitwall is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost opportunities or a cancelled event, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service fixed in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and get a refund for the unused portion.
If you are a consumer, the consumer protection laws where you live may give you rights that these policies cannot take away. Nothing here limits those rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For changes that matter to paying customers we will give at least 14 days' notice in the panel and on the Pitwall Discord. If you keep using Pitwall after a change takes effect, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts there can hear any dispute. This does not take away your right to bring a claim where you live if your local law gives you one.
