Sharing a server with your league

Give other admins access with roles, using invite links.

League nights are rarely a one-person job. Give your stewards and co-admins their own access instead of sharing your Discord login.

Roles

Role Can
Viewer See status, the console, activity and logs
Operator Everything a viewer can, plus start, stop and restart, and manage schedules
Manager Everything an operator can, plus config, settings, passwords, notifications and the team
Owner (you) Everything, plus billing, changing plan and cancelling

Only managers and the owner can see the join and admin passwords. Only the owner can make someone a manager, or change or remove a manager. Managers look after viewers and operators.

Inviting someone

  1. Open your server → Team.
  2. Choose a role and click Create invite link.
  3. Send the link (it’s only shown once). It works once and expires after 7 days.
  4. They open it, sign in with Discord, and click Accept invite. The server appears under Servers, marked Shared by @you.

Open invites are listed under the team, where you can revoke them. If the person who created a link loses their access (or stops being a manager), their unused links stop working too.

Changing or removing access

On the Team tab, change someone’s role from the dropdown or remove them. Members can leave a server themselves from the same tab. Everything people do shows in the server’s Activity log with their name.
