League nights are rarely a one-person job. Give your stewards and co-admins their own access instead of sharing your Discord login.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Viewer | See status, the console, activity and logs |
| Operator | Everything a viewer can, plus start, stop and restart, and manage schedules |
| Manager | Everything an operator can, plus config, settings, passwords, notifications and the team |
| Owner (you) | Everything, plus billing, changing plan and cancelling |
Only managers and the owner can see the join and admin passwords. Only the owner can make someone a manager, or change or remove a manager. Managers look after viewers and operators.
Inviting someone
- Open your server → Team.
- Choose a role and click Create invite link.
- Send the link (it’s only shown once). It works once and expires after 7 days.
- They open it, sign in with Discord, and click Accept invite. The server appears under Servers, marked Shared by @you.
Open invites are listed under the team, where you can revoke them. If the person who created a link loses their access (or stops being a manager), their unused links stop working too.
Changing or removing access
On the Team tab, change someone’s role from the dropdown or remove them. Members can leave a server themselves from the same tab. Everything people do shows in the server’s Activity log with their name.
