Politique d’utilisation acceptable

These rules apply to everyone who uses Pitwall: server owners, community admins, drivers and visitors. They cover servers, community pages, the Pitwall Discord bot and anything else we run. They are part of our Terms of Service.

Do not use Pitwall to

  • break the law, or help someone else break it;
  • harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or post hate speech;
  • impersonate a person, community, league or brand, or use names, logos or other material you do not have the rights to;
  • post illegal, sexually explicit or violent content, or content that exposes someone's private information;
  • make, share or promote cheats, or tamper with AC EVO, Pitwall's software or anyone else's server;
  • attack, probe or overload Pitwall, other customers or anyone else, for example with denial-of-service attacks, scanning or password guessing;
  • send spam, including through the Discord bot or community pages;
  • access Pitwall automatically at a rate that harms the service, or collect drivers' information for anything unrelated to racing with them;
  • resell Pitwall servers without our written agreement.

Running a community

Community admins are responsible for their community's pages, events and Discord posts, and for treating their drivers' information with care. Results naturally show drivers' in-game names; respect a driver's choice to be shown as a "Private driver".

Reporting a problem

Use the Report link on any community page, or write to [email protected]. Tell us the page and what is wrong.

What we do

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, hide or suspend a community, suspend a server or disable an account. Where it is reasonable we warn you first and give you a chance to fix it; for serious or repeated problems we may act straight away. If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected].
